If you have followed along on here or through Facebook you know that when it comes to my kids and their milestone birthdays I always have Ms. Katy from Katy Gitto Photography capture their adorable smiles–I honestly never thought I would have my kids in front of anyone else’s camera, besides my own. & then I saw a friend tagged on a local photographer’s page. She was hosting carnival mini-sessions, my niece just happened to be in town & we were looking for something fun to do. So I reached out, she had an opening and we went. Here are a few of my favorites…

& BTW, I didn’t leave Ms. Katy behind, she’ll forever (as long as she is taking pictures and will have us) be our family photographer. In fact, we just saw Katy this past Thursday for Kaden’s 5 year old pictures & to say I am anxiously waiting to see a sneak is quite the understatement.
